Opening of
the Festa Celebrations.
At
10.00am Mass for the Sick and old.
At 6.00pm mass. 6.30pm Rosary, then a small
procession with the
statue of
il-Bambina around the church, where it will be put in its place for the duration
of the Festa days, for our devotion.
Saturday 28th. 12th. and last Saturday.
5.30pm Rosary, then at 6.00pm a Concelebrated High Mass.
Sunday
29th.
First day of
the Novena
Dedicated to the New
Members of the Comunity
12.00 Solemn ringing of the church bells.
5.30pm Rosary. Then a High Mass, Salve, Antiphony, and
Eucharistic
Blessings. The homely in the Novena will be done by
Fr. Jonathan Farrugia.
Monday 30st. 2nd. day of the Novena. Dedicated to the Altar Boys
5.30pm. Rosary.
6.00pm. High Mass, Salve, Antiphony, and Eucharistic Blessings.
Tuesday 31st. 3rd. day of the Novena. Dedicated to the Sengleans who Died
5.30pm Rosary.
6.00pm. High Mass, Salve, Antiphony, and Eucharistic Blessings.

Thursday 2nd. 5th. day of the Novena. Dedicated to the Social Clubs of Senglea
5.30pm Rosary

Friday 3rd. 6th. day of the Novena. Dedicated to the Fraternities of the Parish
Also 1st. Friday of the Month
In the morning masses at: 6.30, 7.45: 8.30 and 10.00.
Between 9.00am. And 10.00am an hour of Eucharistic

Saturday 4th. 89th. Anniversary of the Coronation of the Statue of il-Bambina.
In the morning masses at 6.30 and 8.30am
At 9.30am. A special mass for
the children of
Senglea,
when at the end of the mass, the Gold
Rose will be presented to il-Bambina.

High Mass. After the reading of the
Gospel, Rev. Fr. Anton Galea Scannura Kapillan of Kalkara
make a commemorative speech.
At the end of the mass, Te Deum will be sung.
As soon as the celebrations in the church
finishes, there will be Band Marches through
the streets Senglea by the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Band
of Balluta
Sunday 5th. 8th. Day of the Novena. Dedicated to all those who puts up the decorations for the Feast
and other Voluntiers
5.30pm Rosary
6.00pm Mass, Salve, Antiphony and Eucharistic Celebration.
8.30 pm The local band La Vincitrice will execute a Strumental Programme
in 4th.September Square
Monday 6th. Last day of the Novena. Commemoration of the Two Sieges.
Dedicated to the Pastoral Parish Council
In the evening Rosary at 5.30pm. Then at 6.00 a High
Mass, Salve, Antiphony, Te Deum and Eucharistic
Rev. Arch. Joe Grech will preside the
celebrations.
9.00pm.
Band Marches through
the streets of Senglea.
Tuesday
7th.
Eve
of the Feast.
5.30pm.
Vespers will be sung.
6.30pm. Translation of the Reliquary of the Blessed Virgin,
from the Oratory
of the Holy Cross to the church, and High Mass. The Celebrations will be
presided by H.E. Mons. Angelus Kujur SJ. Bishop of Purnea India
8.00pm onwards Band
Marches, and at 11.30pm
fireworks display at the marina.
Wednesday
8th.
FEAST DAY.
Masses at 5.30, 6.15, 7.00 and 7.45 and 11.30am.
At 9.30 HIGH MASS. After the reading of the Gospel a Panegirk will be done
by Rev.Hon.Can. Fr.Antoine Borg Kappillan of Mgarr Malta
At 10.30am a mass at IL-PONTA.
5.00pm. Vespers.
6.00pm. Mass celebrated on the altar of
il-Bambina.
7.00pm. Procession with the Statue of il-Bambina.
10.30pm. Marian Celebration on the church parvis, and
Eucharistic Blessing.
Between Monday
27th.
and Friday 1st.October
The parents will register their children for the Doctrine classes.
Then on Monday 4th. October. as it is the first day of the Catechetic year a
special mass will be done for all the children and their parents.
Confirmation day this year is on the 3rd. October
